What we collect: your name, email, purchase details, account login, anything you tell us about your health before a class, and how you use our website.
Why we use it: to deliver what you bought (contract); to send you joining details and course emails (contract); to send marketing emails only if you tick “Stay in touch” or sign up to our newsletter (consent — unsubscribe any time); to understand and improve our website and ads (consent, through cookies).
Who we share it with: Stripe (payments), Zoom (live classes), Vimeo (course videos), HubSpot and Mailchimp (emails and contacts), Google Analytics and Meta (website analytics and ads, only with your cookie consent), and our website host. Some of these companies process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
How long we keep it: account and purchase records for 6 years (for tax), marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing, by emailing samaiya.team@gmail.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
