Refund and Cancellation Policy – Samaiya Wellness

Your 14-day right to cancel If you buy from us online, you normally have 14 days from the day after your purchase to change your mind. To cancel, email us at samaiya.team@gmail.com with your name and what you bought. We will refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with.
Online courses (Believe, Momentum and other recorded courses)
- When you buy, you ask us to give you access to your course straight away, and you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel as soon as you are given access. Access is given straight after payment.
- This means we can’t offer a refund once you have been given access, unless the course is faulty or not as described.
The Awakening (free course) There is nothing to refund. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
4-Week Live Online Yoga Programme
- Cancel before the first class: full refund.
- When you book, you ask us to start the programme within your 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel within 14 days but after classes have begun, we refund the classes still to come. We keep £3.37 for each class already held, whether or not you attended.
- After 14 days from purchase: no refund.
- Missed classes are not refunded or carried over. Classes are not recorded.
- If we cancel a class, we will offer a replacement class or refund that class.
One-to-one private yoga classes (online or in person)
- If you cancel within 14 days of booking and before your class takes place: full refund.
- Otherwise, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move your class. Less notice, or a missed class, counts as used and is not refunded.
- Once your class has taken place, there is no refund.
- If we need to cancel, we will offer you another date or a full refund.
Coaching programmes (Breakthrough, Transform Experience, Transform Intensive, 90-day coaching)
- Cancel before your first session: full refund.
- When you book, you ask us to start within your 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel within 14 days after sessions have started, we refund the unused part. We keep the value of sessions already delivered and any materials already provided.
- After 14 days from purchase: no refund for unused sessions, except where we can’t deliver them.
- Sessions need 48 hours notice to reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows count as used.
If something goes wrong If a course is faulty, or a class or session is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, contact us. We’ll put it right or refund you, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This policy does not affect your legal rights.
