Our Vision
We believe true wellness comes from within — body, mind, and breath. Our journey began with a simple vision: to create a welcoming sanctuary where people can pause, reflect, and grow stronger inside and out.

Meet Hardeep
Yoga found me in my twenties, and from the very first class I knew something had shifted. What began as a way to move my body quickly became a lifelong journey of growth, healing and self-discovery.
Years later, with the encouragement and belief of my wonderful husband, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life. I left a successful career in the financial sector to follow my heart and qualify as a yoga teacher in 2005. It remains one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing yoga with people from all walks of life. I’ve taught adults, children, teenagers, older adults, complete beginners, experienced practitioners, community groups and charities. Whether in schools, studios, community centres or one-to-one sessions, every person I’ve met has reminded me that yoga truly is for everyone.
When the world changed during the pandemic, so did the way I taught. Like many teachers, I had to adapt quickly and move my classes online. What I initially thought would be a temporary solution became an incredible opportunity to reach and support people in their own homes during a time of uncertainty and isolation. Together, we created a space where people could move, breathe, connect and find a sense of calm, even when the world felt overwhelming.
Teaching online showed me that the benefits of yoga aren’t limited by location. It allowed me to connect with students who may never have been able to attend an in-person class, whether because of distance, health, confidence or busy family lives. Those online classes reinforced my belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone, and they continue to inspire the way I teach today.
Seeing people continue to grow in their practice from their living rooms, kitchens and gardens was a powerful reminder that yoga isn’t about where you are—it’s about creating space to care for yourself, wherever life finds you.
As a mum of two incredible children and alongside my husband, yoga has become the foundation of our family life. It has shaped how we navigate challenges, celebrate life’s joys, raise our children and care for our own wellbeing. The practices of mindfulness, breathwork and movement have become woven into everything we do.
What I love most isn’t teaching poses—it’s witnessing transformation. Seeing someone discover confidence, find calm in difficult times, move without pain, sleep better, manage stress or simply smile more because they’ve reconnected with themselves is why I continue to teach with such passion.
Together, my husband and I founded Samaiya Wellness because we believe true wellbeing is about so much more than exercise. It’s about creating space to slow down, breathe, reconnect and build a healthier, happier life from the inside out.
My hope is that everyone who joins our community feels welcomed, supported and empowered, wherever they are on their own wellness journey.
Meet Harinder
I genuinely believe that every person has far more potential than they realise.
For over 30 years, I’ve been passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, overcome the beliefs that hold them back, and create lives filled with greater purpose, confidence, freedom and fulfilment.
My own journey hasn’t always been easy. Like many people, I’ve experienced loss, uncertainty, financial challenges and periods where I questioned what was possible. Those experiences became some of my greatest teachers. They led me to study personal development, mindset, emotional wellbeing and human potential, and ultimately dedicate my life to helping others create the breakthroughs they deserve.
Alongside my coaching, I’ve built and run multiple businesses, invested in property, worked as an optometrist for over three decades, founded the Vision Care for Homeless People charity, and spoken and delivered workshops to thousands of people. Throughout everything I’ve done, one thing has remained constant—my passion for helping people grow.
I’ve always believed that lasting transformation doesn’t happen simply by changing what we do. It begins by changing how we think, what we believe about ourselves, and who we become.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from every stage of life—professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, parents and individuals searching for greater meaning. Whether someone wants more confidence, emotional healing, financial freedom, stronger relationships, a greater sense of purpose or simply to feel like themselves again, my role is to help them uncover what’s already within them and provide the guidance, structure and accountability to move forward.
My coaching is calm, compassionate and deeply personalised. I don’t believe in telling people how to live their lives. Instead, I ask powerful questions, listen deeply and help people discover their own answers. Together we create practical strategies that lead to lasting change—not just temporary motivation.
Together with my wife, Hardeep, I co-founded Samaiya Wellness to bring this vision to life on an even bigger scale. Through transformational coaching, wellness retreats, mindfulness, yoga and immersive experiences, our mission is to create a space where people can pause, reconnect with themselves and return to life with renewed clarity, confidence and purpose.
Nothing brings me greater fulfilment than witnessing someone realise they’re capable of far more than they ever believed. Watching people leave behind fear, reconnect with who they truly are and begin creating lives they genuinely love is the reason I do what I do.
Because I don’t just believe transformation is possible—I know it is.
